1605 Charles – is one of Whitby’s smalles and quietest condo complexes with only 12 Units.  Ideal for a starter home or all around cheap place to live for Whitby.  These are great if you want a very small complex ~ although for the price you can find a better deal within town.  Located within walking distance to the Go Station. The condo fees are set at about $180 per month and include water, building insurance, common elements and parking.
